avocado salad

my mother threw this concoction together the other day and i must say that it turned out beautifully! the creamy avocado + the crunchy celery make for a great combo. and, i know i sound like a broken record here, but it is once again, incredibly easy!
ingredients: {serves 1}
• 1 avocado {preferably hass}
• 1 celery stalk
• low-sodium soy sauce
• extra-virgin olive oil
• s + p
to do:
chop the avocado and celery into bite size chunks. toss together with a bit of soy sauce and oil. pinch a little salt and pepper in as well. enjoy!

this is a recipe I could do myself (I’m a mess in the kitchen but this one seems easy for me) and I love avocado!
This looks so yummy! I love avocado but never mixed with celery before. Soy sauce and oil sounds healthy too.. I’ll definitely try tomorrow! (for the first time, I got all the ingredients at home, haha!) Thank you for sharing, Kristina! xo akiko

I love avocados in anything, this looks wonderful!
I never used to like avacados, but now I love them in salads, and soy sauce in a dressing just adds that little tangy salt that every salad needs.
Oh my goodness. LOVE avocados! Looks amazing!
I would never have thought of this! I can’t get enough avocados though! YUM!
Might have to try this! Love avocado!

this salad looks delicious, especially because its main ingredient is one of my favorites!
There is a place in NYC that does the most amazing avocado toast, if you ever find yourself in the city I will take you. I used to dislike the texture of avocados but recently they have grown on me and they are very good for you with their oils. Maybe I will try this over the next week, thank you!
