didn’t think that i’d ever consider crimped hair or pastels since the 80′s + 90′s left us, but this editorial makes it pretty tempting. bejeweled crowns + tops, flirty makeup + hair, eggshell pastel eyeshadows – sooo into it! oh, and those strawberry shortcake freckles are just darling.

Pastels speak of summer! I love their eye shadows. Pastel shades definitely make girls look prettier and vibrant. :-)
