if you ever find yourself in the portland area you must head on over to lovejoy bakers in the pearl district. i nearly flipped over the oreo sandwich cookie and apple crumble dessert! and the cute dog portrait paintings on the walls add to the nice visual appeal. plus, you can’t ever go wrong with the coffee in portland, it’s as simple as that!
Think I would have to go there just to check out the dog portraits!!

Actually I have been to that bakery on my visit to Portland. You’re right, it is very good and all you have to do is jump off of Portland’s wonderful streetcar and you’re there! And to top it all off, the streetcar is free to ride in the central part of the city. What more could you ask for? Thanks, Kristina
