my brother-in-law made this for father’s day and it was quite the hit. aren’t those chickens cute? i think that this would also make for a great fourth of july bbq feast! this recipe is actually from cook’s illustrated 20th anniversary all-time best grilling recipes, but you can check out a very similar variation right over here.

This looks so fab & I’m sure is a great conversation instigator…more to the point bet it tastes delicious!

Great photos Kristina! I’m glad you enjoyed our fun Father’s Day meal. I’ll be doing this again for sure. I’m considering smoking a turkey in this same way using one of those large Foster’s beer cans, adding a light bourbon glaze at the end. Expect an invite. :)
