cafe nola

i took a quick trip to seattle, washington the other day and rode the ferry to bainbridge island which led to the cutest little cafe. complete with spicy bloody marys, crisp caesar salads, freshly baked bread and hot cups of clam chowder, this quaint little eatery really hit the spot!
we had: the soup of the day {fresh clam chowder}; chicken caesar salad {a personal favorite}; virgin bloody marys made from scratch; delectable french fries + hunan salad {lightly breaded chicken – buckwheat soba noodles – fresh vegetables – hot and sour vinaigrette – umeboshi plum sauce}.
and of course the wild flowers were such a site, they were just dying to be photographed!

Isn’t it great when you stumble across these little gems! The food looks delicious!
Have a fab Tuesday Hun xoxo

That’s a kickin’ bloody mary. I really like tomato juice (I know, weird) so that’s one of my favourite drinks, especially with all the spice
Cool photos! That’s a great ferry trip. I took it myself. The food looks very good as well. Sounds like you had a lot of fun!
You have no idea how hungry this is making me!
