tuna everything bean salad

this has got to be one of the most simple dishes ever! and it’s so deliciously healthy and protein-packed. please try this one, it most certainly will not disappoint!
ingredients: {serves two}
• 1 can tuna packed in olive oil, drained and broken into chunks w. a fork
• 1/2 small red onion cut into paper-thin slices
• 1/2 can garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed and patted dry
• 2 to 4 small celery stalks chopped
• 2 T capers give or take
• 1 small baby dill pickle sliced and chopped
• 1/2 red bell pepper sliced and chopped
• 1 ripe avocado, sliced on the cross-hatch into cubes
• 1 ripe roma tomato sliced and diced
• sprinkle of fresh dill
• sprinkle of salt + cracked pepper
• splash of soy sauce or tamari
• splash of seasoned rice wine vinegar
• splash of balsamic vinegar
• drizzle of agave nectar, honey or real maple syrup
• a liberal amount of extra-virgin olive oil to coat
• parmigiano-reggiano cheese flicked off in chunk slivers
• am i missing anything? feel free to add your favorite extras, get creative!
to do:
toss all ingredients together in a bowl and add condiments. lightly mix together
so that all of the ingredients are well-coated in the dressing. serve up for a light summer lunch or dinner. enjoy!
