thought i’d do a pint-sized outfit post.. and i wish that i’d wear these shiny sandals more often, but lately it’s been all about comfort unfortunately. in other news, i finally was able to get my car window fixed, it had fallen off track once again. upon moving to portland i had yet to find a good mechanic who was not only honest but affordable as well. and as much as i sort of daydream of getting a new car, i can’t seem to reconcile the idea of a car payment.. it’s nice not having one! cheers to all for a happy weekend ahead! xxx

remember clueless? one of my all-time favorites for sure! and so loving wildfox’s take on the film, their lookbooks always get me! definitely crushing on all of the loose-fitting tees, floral prints, light-wash denim, pastel colors, opaque white thigh-high socks and ankle-strap heels, brings me back to my high school days..

can the cooler weather please arrive already? i’ll most likely eat those very words well into the rainy season, but as for now my style of dress clearly dictates my need for a cool front. flannel with dark denim and my new rockport boots in cigar lizard compliments of online shoes make for very comfortable fall attire! these boots are seriously the most comfortable heeled soles that i’ve ever owned, thank you online shoes!

it’s been well into the 80′s and 90′s here in oregon over the past few weeks, and i must say that i can’t wait for the cool weather to arrive. fall is my absolute favorite season and i know i’m not alone in this. comfy, over-sized, knit sweaters, tall/ankle boots, military jackets, big plates of cooked pasta and glasses of red wine.. these all speak to that time of the year for me. and i’m slowly opening up to my fall wardrobe in the colors of navy, oxblood, camo and of course basic black. who else is excited?!
